A lorry driver has been sentenced to 3 years imprisonment today at Winchester Crown Court, after killing a milkman in a roadside collision.
33 yr old Gregory Locke, collided with 53 yr old Allan knight’s milk float on Winchester rd in Arls-ford, on the 3rd of July last year, while driving under the influence of an-fet-a-meens.
Locke pleaded guilty to a charge of causing death by careless driving while under the influence of drugs, but denied the second charge of causing death by dangerous driving.
